Is payroll an official payslip?

No. 2026 employee defaults: social security 14%, unemployment 1%, stamp 7.59‰, minimum-wage exemption, stacked bands. No extra relief, no private pension. Ask your accountant.

What is the social-security cap?

Default cap is 7.5 × minimum wage (247,725 TRY in 2026). Above that is outside the base. The law can change.

Does it work offline?

After the page loads once, it does not need the internet.
